Managed multiple concurrent concept & prototype vehicle and sub-component builds for various automotive
manufacturers, including; BMW, Daimler/Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Lincoln, Cadillac, Nissan,
as well as various aerospace, glass, and government defense projects.
Prepared estimates and quote packages in response to RFQ’s. Monitored scope creep and submitted documented
design changes for approval by the customer. Adjusted invoice accordingly
Acted as liaison between the customer & design team, engineering dept., senior management, and build team.
Supervised and provided daily goals/work instructions to production team of 30+ employees with varying skill
sets and from different departments. Performed employee evaluations and approved employee time sheets.
Conducted kick-off meetings with stake holders at the inception of each project. Reviewed each project daily
with team members to ensure tasks being performed were in accordance with quote package and design intent.
· Created Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and loaded all WBS and activity info, including; resources, dates
and task dependencies. Presented critical path plan to stakeholders.
· Analyzed resource and plant capacity to establish estimated start and finish dates, activity durations, available
float, and manpower requirements for each project. Presented a resource plan for each project.
Analyzed actual vs. budgeted cost & hours to determine earned value and develop a recovery plan if necessary.
Provided status reports to senior management and met weekly with customers to review accomplishments,
setbacks or conflicts. Worked with customer to ensure all customer deliverables were delivered on time.
Was awarded and managed multiple low-volume production programs as an OE supplier to a major auto
manufacturer. Took the product from concept to production. Managed all aspects of this program from selecting
suppliers, to day-to-day manufacturing, to material procurement, shipping, and invoicing.
Created detailed manufacturing work instructions and provided the required documentation necessary to go into
OE production as defined in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) document framework.

Responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of project schedules for equipment and
components used in oil & gas drilling and exploration.
Analyzed resource and plant capacity to establish timing projections, including; the estimated start and finish
dates, and critical milestone dates.
Defined the critical path and float for each project, and used this data to arrange the project portfolio based on
due dates and project priority. Provided a forecast of the anticipated workload for each quarter by department.
Created “What if” project scenarios to provide options for company executives to decide the best course of
action in regards to accepting/rejecting/delaying current and future projects.
Assisted in the creation and implementation of a new web-based timekeeping portal used by hundreds of
employees across multiple regional offices.
As the administrator for our site’s timekeeping software, trained all current and new hires on time-keeping
software and scheduling protocol, and performed regular data cleanup and maintenance.
